COSTUMES

A reminder to all that costumes are mandatory for all participants on Saturday. There will be changing time in the afternoon to get into going out clothes.

Pitch and Putt

The Bus for Pitch n Putt will leave 10.30am sharp. Make sure you’re boarding by 10.15am. Drinks are not supposed to be consumed on the course but it’s like any other golf course where you can conceal your drinks and consume them.

Please leave the drinks on the bus until we start to tee off. All virgins will then be required to get their teams drinks from the bus. There will be 13 groups of 4 people. Each team will have at least one virgin. All virgins must carry drinks and clubs for the other members.

Lunch will be served at 1.00pm at pitch n putt. You are entitled to one free drink at the bar. Awards will be given out for best scores and best teams. Following pitch n putt, we will take the bus to the Notting Hill Hotel where we can enforce punishments for worst dressed. The bus will leave for Chaddy at 4.30pm. From 5.00pm till 6.30pm you have a chance to get showered up and make yourself pretty for the nights events. You could also use this time to reflect on the silly/awesome decisions you’ve made throughout the day and try to gauge how close you are to the MVP. Everyone must get their own taxi’s to the Club Tivoli aiming to be there by 6.30pm.

Itinerary for Saturday

9.00am: Breakfast at the pancake parlour, 682-690 Warrigal Road, Malvern East

10.15am: Bus arrives, start boarding

10.30am: Depart to Pitch N Putt

11.00am: Play Pitch n Putt

1.00pm: Lunch will be served at Pitch n Putt

2.00pm: Start boarding the bus

2.15pm: Bus will take us to the Notting Hill Hotel

2.30pm: Drinks in the beer garden at the Nott

4.30pm: Start boarding the bus

4.45pm: Bus will take us back to Chaddy

5.00pm: Get ready to go out

6.15pm: Get a taxi to the Club Tivoli. 291 Dandenong Road Windsor
